Custom-Made Return Policy

Because every DarziX garment is made to your individual specifications, standard return policies for off-the-rack products do not apply. Please review this policy before ordering.

Non-returnable items

Custom-made garments produced to your confirmed measurements, fabric selections, and design configuration are generally not eligible for return or refund, except as stated below.

Defects & specification errors

If your garment has a manufacturing defect or deviates materially from the specifications confirmed at order time, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange repair, alteration, or replacement at no additional cost.

Fit issues

Fit-related concerns are covered under our Fit Guarantee & Alterations programme. Complimentary alterations are available within the guarantee window.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before fabric pickup or tailoring commencement. Once production has begun, cancellation may incur partial charges to cover materials and labour already committed.
