By accessing or using the DarziX platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before placing an order or creating an account.

1. Platform use

DarziX provides a marketplace connecting customers with independent master tailors. We facilitate ordering, payments, logistics, and customer support but do not ourselves manufacture garments.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate contact and delivery information.

3. Orders & pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. An order is confirmed only upon successful payment. DarziX reserves the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors or stock unavailability.

4. Custom-made goods

Garments produced to your specifications are custom-made. Please review our Custom-Made Return Policy for applicable terms.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DarziX's liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
