Protecting your data and transactions is foundational to DarziX. This page outlines the technical and operational measures we employ.
Encryption
All traffic to and from DarziX is encrypted via TLS 1.2+. Sensitive data at rest, including passwords and payment tokens, is encrypted using industry-standard algorithms.
Payment security
We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Card data never touches DarziX infrastructure directly.
Access controls
Internal access to customer and order data is restricted on a need-to-know basis with role-based permissions and audit logging for administrative actions.
Infrastructure
Our application is hosted on hardened cloud infrastructure with regular security patching, automated backups, and intrusion detection monitoring.

If you discover a security issue, please report it responsibly to security@darzix.com. We acknowledge reports within 48 hours.
