DarziX respects intellectual property rights and expects all users, tailors, and partners to do the same.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on DarziX infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please submit a notice including:

• Your full name and contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed
• The URL or product listing where the infringing content appears
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder

Our process

We review all valid notices promptly and may remove or disable access to disputed content pending investigation. Repeat infringers may have their accounts or partner status terminated.
