We stand behind the fit of every DarziX garment. Bespoke tailoring is personal, and we are committed to getting it right.
Fit guarantee
If your delivered garment does not meet the measurements or specifications confirmed at order time, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange complimentary alterations with your assigned tailor.
Alterations
- First alteration for fit-related issues is complimentary within the guarantee window
- Alterations are performed by the original master tailor wherever possible
- Pickup and re-delivery for alterations are coordinated by DarziX logistics
