These Terms govern your use of DarziX customer services operated by DarziX Marketplace Private Limited.

1. Services

DarziX provides a marketplace for custom-stitched garments, coordinating customers, partner workshops, and delivery partners. Product descriptions, lead times, and pricing shown at checkout are binding for that order.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You may delete your account in the app or at darzix.com/account-deletion.

3. Orders & payments

Orders are confirmed after successful payment authorization through our payment partner (Razorpay). Taxes and delivery charges are disclosed before payment.

4. Cancellations & refunds

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, submit fraudulent measurements or payments, or harass partners.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DarziX is not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under Indian consumer law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer forum rights.
